SMALL LOT, BIG ATTITUDE

Practical and luxurious, this home has it all. Titled the ‘Millar’ the home exudes its namesake as the pilar of creative craftsmanship. Specifically designed as a display home this build used clever storage space and design choices to make the home seem far larger than its boundaries suggest.

Effortlessly sculptural, the curves of each archway and window emphasises the custom details within this build.

The exterior of the home features a layered palette of balanced materials including weatherboard, textured brickwork and dark contrasts.

Warmth seems to just flow through the ‘Millar’, with tall windows that seem to draw in the afternoon sunlight with ease. Earthy, calming tones throughout the build further ground the space, seamlessly blending interior and exterior with sandy hues, light tones and deep accents.

Exposed timber beams in the open-plan kitchen-dining area bring warmth and texture into the spacious room, only adding to the rich accent tones throughout, seen in features such as the brass sink and hardware, along with the deep brown of the window frames.
