A Perfect Place

Unapologetically bold, this spectacular modern home was built by the multi award-winning team at Norton Builders. Modestly presented, the exterior of the house’s façade showcases Daniel Robertson bricks with a grand timber entry door and clear storey highlight windows. The perforated brick feature is a uniquely crafted touch that subtly hints at the detail oriented interior.

Venturing through the timber doorway, homeowners and guests are greeted by a grand entry hall with four-metre ceilings bathed in the natural light streaming in from the highlight windows overhead. Hidden like a treat for the curious is also the beautifully crafted stained-glass window emphasised by the patterned light illusion of the perforated brick feature.

Graced by the brilliance of the solid timber flooring, the kitchen has an indulgent amount of space, from abundant cabinetry to the butler’s pantry tucked away behind the main kitchen, living and dining area. A lowered ceiling over the kitchen adds versatility to the multi-functional space that subtly separates this area from the rest of the room without fracturing the open-plan feel.

Equipped with a diverse range of cohesively selected materials, the bathrooms boast a fancy finish sure to impress. ‘Kit-Kat’ tiles were used for the splashback, its grey tones tying in well with the dark wood of the vanity and the gentle stone of the walls and floor. Sweeping stylishly above the modern sinks is a mirror that reflects the entire bathroom, giving it a sense of grandeur.

Fusing comfort with luxury, the ceiling broadens the lounge area to give it an airy feel. A Jetmaster fireplace contributes to the space’s cosy ambiance, along with tactfully positioned highlight windows to beckon in sunlight. Ample room elevates an already stunning entertainment area, making it perfect for large families or social gatherings.

Continuing with its flourishes of luxury, the alfresco proudly boasts skylights and a ceiling fan for outdoor heating and cooling, with a fabulous pool that can be viewed from both the indoor and outdoor seating areas.
