Established in 1958 by brothers Ron and John Norton, Norton Builders built its first weatherboard home in the beachy streets of Parkdale. In 1985, second generation builder David Norton took over the business, and to this day, he and his team continue to design and construct some of Melbourne’s most outstanding and aspiring homes. Since its inception, the company has successfully completed more than 1500 awe-inspiring projects, and completes approximately 20-30 of these impressive builds each year.

Servicing Melbourne’s Bayside area and its surrounding suburbs, the Norton Builders team specialises in creating quality classic and contemporary custom-designed homes, including large-scale renovations. Each home created by Norton Builders is designed to meet clients’ individual needs and varied requests. The team is heavily involved throughout the entire construction process, and prides itself on cultivating strong relationships with each of its customers, from conception
through to completion.

A prime example of such dedication to quality, Norton Builders won the Housing Industry Association’s (HIA) Custom Home Design accolade in the $500,000-$700,000 category, and was also a finalist in 2012, 2014 and 2015 for Custom Home Design $500,000-$700,000, Custom Home up to $500,000 and Custom Home Design $350,000-$500,000 awards respectively. Norton Builders was also a runner up in 2013 for the Townhouse Development $750,000-$1.2 million category.
