A carefully considered design by the team at The Little Brick Studio ensured that this development would appeal to a wide variety of potential buyers. The use of a neutral colour palette within the living areas was the key to its success, as it allowed buyers the opportunity to visualise how they could impart their own style upon the property, while in other areas of the home, eye-catching patterned bathroom walls showcase subtle yet bold stylistic choices, creating a sense of sophistication and luxury within the space.

Because of the height of the open staircase in the entryway, additional windows could be added to maximise the amount of natural light the residence receives. The home feels spacious and bright by utilising monochrome tones and soft timber flooring throughout the common areas.

The dwelling consist of four bedrooms, a large open-plan meals and entertainment area, a second generous living space upstairs and an alfresco dining space outdoors.

The Little Brick Studio was founded in 2014 as a creative outlet for building designers Amy Hart and Ben Mulholland. Today, it has successfully established itself as a prominent design-focused office on the Mornington Peninsula.
