For this project, Sperway Homes designed and built a state-of-the-art home that provided large open-plan living areas for the whole family. The team at Sperway Homes segregated these areas to maximise on the opportunity to entertain, in both formal and informal settings.

In addition to these entertaining areas, the home is designed to include secluded areas and rooms to retreat, as well as generously-sized bedrooms.

The open-plan design is a reflection of the homeowners’ modern lifestyle and their individual requirements. Each space flows logically to the next so that the homeowners can feel at ease while still enjoying a sense of luxury.

As you move through the home, the high-quality finishes and impeccable craftsmanship are obvious. In the kitchen, an oversized island benchtop offers the ideal communal space for the homeowners to gather when preparing meals and entertaining.

A muted palette of sleek white cabinetry complements the glossy timber flooring and highlights the abundance of natural light flooding into the kitchen and living spaces to make each area feel more warm and welcoming.

The main bedroom and bathroom are both examples of Sperway Homes’ ability to produce stunning spaces that are also highly functional. The double vanity in the main bathroom sits comfortably beside a luxurious bathtub, while the ample storage space means the room remains clutter-free.
