Located in the suburb of Rye, this once rundown beach shack has been completely transformed into a modern coastal haven. Every space has been designed with entertainment in mind, from open living rooms with seamless flow to the large balconies that overlook the peaceful Moonah Tea Trees. This home now consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms that make it a place friends and family can flock to on the weekends.

The clients had a strong vision of what they wanted for their home, which offered focus and direction. With a growing family, small and poky rooms needed to be opened up to provide loads of space and light.

Planned Homes used this opportunity to transform every room. The home’s design was based around the kitchen and open living area, as the clients love to cook and entertain, so it made sense for these spaces to be at the heart of the home.

Planned Homes worked alongside the clients throughout the entire process, from the planning to the furnishing. The company’s background and expertise in drafting, architecture and construction allowed the team to guide the homeowners into making this home the best it can be.
