Chris Arnold established Planned Homes about three years ago, bringing his wealth of design and construction knowledge to the home and living design scene. The team at Planned Homes specialise in custom designs, knockdown and rebuild, design and construct packages. Since its conception, Planned Homes have been designing and creating budget-friendly home solutions that fulfill clients’ design aspirations and needs. Customers are heavily involved in the process, from having an input in the initial design right through to the handover of the home.

Operating out of the Eastern suburbs, the company builds two or three customised, luxury, high-end homes per year. Planned Homes are project specific, but also work on extensions and new homes. The team at Planned Homes treat every build like its their own home, ensuring nothing but the best service possible for its clients.
