Taking into consideration the property’s northern orientation, the home was built in its current position to maximise space for its generously sized backyard. Mount Martha Design & Drafting achieved this by leaving enough space between the boundaries of the property and the home itself, which ensures the homeowners have plenty of space for planting on the side and rear of the garden.
