The C-shaped floor plan embraces a central courtyard, creating a tranquil focal point. Two distinct wings, one for guests and the other for the main bedroom, are linked by an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, ensuring a balance of privacy and shared spaces.

The exterior is a celebration of natural materials, with locally sourced Honey Granite stone adding texture and strength. The striking 45-degree roof pitch mirrors the surrounding hills, while the combination of iron roofing and walls, with traditional half-round gutters, blends industrial and farmhouse aesthetics.

Inside is pure sophistication. A grand glazed entry leads into a soaring cathedral-ceiling living space, where exposed trusses make a bold statement. Integrated truss lighting and a mirrored reflection at the room’s end amplify the dramatic effect.
