This Hamptons style transformation of a 1970s home in Balwyn is a tremendous display of the talents of both Belle Homes and Creative Lighting Vic. This timeless look was achieved using timber floors, French doors, wall mouldings, marble mosaic tiles and built-in bespoke cabinetry. Creative Lighting Vic contributed marvellously to this vision, by consulting with the Belle Homes team and opting for stunning fixtures from American Lighting’s Generation collection.
Hanging pendant lights are the stunning centrepiece for the generous kitchen. Gold finishing adds a touch of Hamptons luxury to the space, while intricate detailing adds texture and catches the eye. Carefully considered backlighting under the cabinetry creates a soft glow, tactically adding depth and highlighting the character-filled tile splashback.
In the bathroom, gorgeous wall sconces continue the intended vision of the timeless Hamptons style. Their gentle warmth is beautiful as well as a way to practical light the space so the owners can use the mirrors in optimal circumstances.
