Comprising an impressive 15 years of experience in the construction industry, brothers Andrew and Michael Hingston founded Building Under Construction with a focus on completing custom-made, architecturally-designed new homes to inspire. Building Under Construction completes between five to ten impressive custom builds each year and services a range of Inner-Melbourne and select Victorian locations, including Boroondara, Stonnington and Bayside.

Able to complete all aspects of construction – from new home builds and boutique developments, to renovations and extensions – the company prides itself on guiding each prospective client through the building process as seamlessly as possible, with minimal interruption to a busy lifestyle. With almost every one of the company’s builds featured on Channel Nine’s Open Homes Australia program, Building Under Construction’s reputation for excellence is well-founded.
