This latest build by Vance Living is nothing short of a coastal sanctuary, blending modern luxury with a serene atmosphere. The home is bathed in natural light, and its soft, warm colour palette creates an inviting environment, offering the perfect retreat from everyday life. The client’s brief was to transform an untouched 1980s home into a modern coastal oasis where the family could create lasting memories and enjoy beachside holidays together. Vance Living’s open floor plan enhances family living by ensuring seamless flow between kitchen and living areas.

The island bench of striking natural marble takes centre stage, adding sophistication to the space while seating up to five guests – perfect for intimate dinners or post-beach snacks. Timber accents in the flooring and cabinetry introduce warmth and a homely feel, while maintaining a cohesive design throughout.

Vance Living used beautiful materials and textured finishes throughout each room to craft a modern and contemporary home. VJ panelling and skylights fill the home with natural light, exuding a sense of spaciousness into each room. Whilst exposed rafters and cathedral ceilings create an open, airy feel, and carefully selected finishes highlight Vance Living’s attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship, elevating the natural beauty of each room.
