Truewood Constructions has demonstrated a high level of expertise and craftsmanship in this outstanding project, which was completely designed and built by the Truewood team themselves. What started as a tired old home is now a refreshingly renovated retreat, with an added floor that takes advantage of the fantastic views overlooking the pool and mountains through the clever use of windows and a lavish balcony. Truewood Constructions was able to effectively double the size of the home without compromising on the location.

This high-performance, low-energy design also makes the best use of sustainable materials, including natural timbers from Radial Timber Sales, not to mention the all-electric heating and cooling system, and the installation of solar panels to offset power usage. On top of all these impressive features, the house is simply stunning, showcasing a dynamic façade leading into a well-appointed interior that’s light and spacious.
