This innovative gate design by The Motorised Gate Company is a standout feature of a luxurious new build in Hampton, offering a truly one-of-a-kind aesthetic. Coloured in Monument Satin, the gate showcases a sleek, angled steel blade with a bottom kick plate, adding both style and security to the home’s street view. The client requested a semi-private design, so the blade was angled to the right, ensuring that only the right-hand side of the property is visible while keeping the left side shielded for privacy. The kick plate not only enhances the design but also strengthens the gate’s structure.

The Motorised Gate Company’s challenge was to create an automatic, trackless bi-fold gate for the driveway, along with an easy-access pedestrian gate. Limited space due to the front fence and walkway meant a standard swing or sliding gate wasn’t feasible. To overcome this, the bi-fold design was incorporated, folding neatly to the sides of the driveway without interfering with the fence angles or pedestrian gate.

This sophisticated gate features advanced automation, including FAAC 413 Swing Motors, TMGC Bi-Fold Mechanisms, battery backup, photocells, ground lock plate, pedestrian keylock and a striker lock for seamless integration with the intercom system. The final result is a stylish, functional and secure entryway, keeping the client and their loved ones safe and protected.
