This glamourous project by Shield Building Group brings to life the architectural brilliance of Coco Camellia and Gary Wolff’s design in a picture of luxurious grandeur. Double-glazed windows, abundant natural lighting and sleek, organic shapes seamlessly combine to create an atmosphere of spaciousness and tranquility for the homeowners to enjoy.

Architectural brilliance has seen the open living, balconies, pool and entertainment areas thriving. Hidden features, such as Hebel flooring providing acoustic and thermal insulation, and eco-friendly elements such as double-glazed windows, natural lighting, permeable driveways and rain gardens keep the property sustainable.

Tight external space for trades to work, especially bricklayers and cladding installers, made access to the property difficult; however, with plentiful organisation and a well-prepared supervisor, the home was finished to the highest of standards. Although the width of the block is under nine meters, the clever use of space resulted in a beautiful, open home.
