COWES EXTENSION/RENOVATION

This humble beach house, enjoyed by the homeowners for many years, has been completely transformed.

The exterior facade was extended to include a master suite and sun-filled deck. The open Silvertop Ash pergola and sandstone cladding creates a beautiful feature as you enter the home. The entrance includes a  highlight window above the grand White American Oak door.

The newly built kitchen has been relocated which allows the living area to be an open and usable space with sliding doors flowing onto the backyard. The kitchen includes a number of features including floating timber shelves, skylights and a European laundry. There is custom built window seat and fireplace which also make a lovely additional to the space.

All bedrooms have raked ceilings and v-groove lined feature walls. The bathrooms have been thoughtfully renovated with tiles and plumbing fixtures that complement the overall aesthetics of the home.
