Nestled in the tranquil, tea-treed streets of Blairgowrie, a stunning new home designed by Mt Martha Design & Drafting and brought to life by Dansar Developments stands as a perfect blend of modern elegance and classic charm. Set on a 690-square-metre block, the design aimed to maximise the building footprint, including a pool, generous outdoor living area and a double garage. The house, with its clean lines and classic white weatherboard exterior, harmoniously integrates into the natural landscape.

The seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces enhances the overall living experience. Inside, the home features five generous bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms, and two spacious living areas, providing ample space for living and entertainment. Large windows in each bedroom invite natural light and offer serene views, while the living areas are open and inviting. The outdoor living area, highlighted by a pool, creates a private oasis for relaxation and recreation.
