MT Constructions in collaboration with the architect, Axiom Plus, has delivered this stunning new Peninsula home, seamlessly blending coastal living with modern design. The client’s brief called for a high-quality, thoughtfully designed home and MT Constructions exceeded expectations with this architectural masterpiece.

This home stands out with its striking high-quality finishes and architectural details, including a raked ceiling with highlight windows and polished concrete floors. The design maximises space with open plan living and a luxurious pool in the front yard, cleverly hidden behind a screen fence. The grand kitchen, featuring soft timber cabinetry, creates a stunning contrast with the sleek black finishes, resulting in a space that is both elegant and welcoming. Carefully positioned floor-to-ceiling double-glazed aluminium windows flood the room with natural light while ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Sustainable features, such as the solar hot water unit with a booster, fully insulated internal walls and double-glazed windows contribute to the home’s eco-friendly design making it environmentally conscious without compromising aesthetic.
