DESIGNED TO DAZZLE

Some homes are designed not just to house its occupants, but to leave every guest in awe the moment they see it. This standout project does just that. The striking façade features an expansive window, illuminating a sculptural spiral staircase inside, while beautifully curved brick defines the exterior of the first floor. The clients desired a modern home, which was delivered on all fronts. The design exudes contemporary elegance through soft curves, a grand entrance and a light-drenched living room opening onto a sleek pool at the side of the house.

Clever spatial planning ensures there is no wasted space, with the home built to the boundary line to maximise the narrow block. Materials such as Island Block bricks, rendered walls and a cladded garage add both texture and contrast to the home’s exterior. The result is a stunning balance of functionality, style and smart design – embodying the idea of true modern living.
