Meraq Building Designers have crafted a beautifully sleek and simple home. This project features clean minimalist lines, expansive rear park views, a commanding facade and sturdy architectural elements. These design elements perfectly align with the brief provided by the client which called for simple architecture and a modern design crafted from industrial and dominating features. Durable materials such as a COLORBOND roofing and cladding are used, to provide quality colour and weather protection. The facade uses recycled red brickwork, promoting sustainability and a unique, rustic look.

Beautiful grey stone and marble is heavily featured throughout the interior of the home. This stunning material enhances the sleek luxury feel of the home and makes up the floors and walls of the bathroom, a standout feature bench in the lounge area and kitchen benchtops. Double glazed windows are in all habitable rooms with installed passive heating and cooling to fit sustainability standards.
