Renovating the heritage abode, the teams thoughtfully collaborated to infuse a bespoke, modern style that will leave this space forever timeless.

Placing a strong focus on creating functional, open spaces that can be used year-round to host friends and family, the homeowner had a clear vision of what they wanted to achieve – which Manna Gum Building delivered beyond par. The team collaborated closely with the homeowner from the beginning, with a deep understanding of their wants and needs being showcased within every detail of the space.

Creating the perfect entertainer’s retreat, the team designed an expansive indoor and outdoor oasis, where guests can wine and dine or simply sit down and relax in comfort. The fireplace composed of concrete feature stone creates a cosy setting for all, ideal for those cool winter nights. Expansive glass stacker doors bring angelic, natural light throughout every corner of the home, whilst proximity to the pool adds a unique touch.

From quality finishes to a neutral, light colour palette and spotted gum flooring used throughout, this renovation poises the perfect balance between warmth, character and timelessness – something that the homeowners will cherish for decades to come.
