FOUNDATIONS OF ELEGANCE

This recent project from Maeco Builders Pty Ltd is a masterclass in blending the functionality of a family home with the beauty of elegant materials and finishes. The build started out as an extensive renovation; however, given the scale of the project, the decision was made to demolish and rebuild. From this construction decision, the design could be completely reimagined, their prior experience with us gave them the assurance to move forward with trust.

The design that was created absolutely aligned with the vision. The team prioritised openness in the design, while connecting rooms to the outdoor space for a touch of tranquillity and entertainment. The specially chosen materials were used to instil a sense of luxury – rendered Hebel external cladding, Eco outdoors stone, Jame Hardie Axon cladding and New Tech wood decking. If there was one word to describe this project, it is rebirth – from the ground up, the home was built to frame the stunning water views and accommodate for the movement and energy of a family.
