This ultra-modern custom-designed home is set on a stunning block in Plenty, with spectacular cityscape views. The home has been designed to fit comfortably on an acre block, maximising the beautiful bushland setting and scenic views.

The grand design includes five large bedrooms, all with en suites, as well as two study rooms, an indoor and outdoor gymnasium, luxury kitchen, a sunken living room, feature void, and an open family and dining area that continues onto a spacious alfresco area and entertaining pool complex. Thoughtful design, executed beautifully with quality fittings and fixtures, make a luxury resort-style home that’s sure to impress.

LP Warren Homes’ in-house design department staff were the principal designers engaged in this project. Working with the clients’ wishes, the designers pulled together a contemporary, family-friendly showpiece home. It is practical with a modern floor plan and eye-catching façade. The design utilises the fall across the land and takes advantage of the views. The home was also designed to make full use of the block, taking into consideration the best possible orientation of the home’s site to maximise natural day light.

Style and functionality were equally important considerations in the design process. The brief was to build a modern home that achieved high-quality detail and finishes within the budget. These features are best demonstrated in the façade, polished concrete open tread staircase with feature steel balustrading, luxury finishes inside and out, and the carefully selected fixtures and fittings.

Other key features of this home include a detached entertainment and gym room with direct access to the feature pool, as well as the void from the ground-floor to the open rumpus room on the first-floor, which captures a continuous view on both levels. The design allows for current and future family requirements, balancing detached areas with spaces where the family can connect and interact throughout the day.

The home design also incorporates environmentally friendly features, including a 2000-litre water tank connected to all toilets and external taps, double-glazed windows and external louvres. A minimum 6-star energy rating compliance has been achieved, and ample light and cross-flow ventilation create a cosy home in winter and a light and airy home in the warmer months.
