Surrounded by scenic hills and a picturesque landscape, this refined, luxurious and polished project by JV Dodd Building features a duo of architecturally designed town homes. Fittingly titled ‘SYMÉTRIE’ the project features two homes that mirror each other. The façade of the build is wrapped almost exclusively in Japanese Sugi Ban charred timber cladding, which has a moody charcoal colour bringing a sleek edge to the exterior of the home.

Natural cobblestone lines the driveway and contrasts the deep hues of the wooden exterior. Inside the kitchen, you feel a sense of peace, perfect for enjoying a warm jasmine tea after a long day.

This natural, warm and calming colour palette blends seamlessly with the relaxing, tree-lined streets of Daylesford. Taj Mahal stone pulls the interiors of the homes together, creating a brighter, lighter and cleaner feel to the space.

The natural element perfectly complements the bathroom, without overwhelming the room. Environmental factors have also been considered in this project, boasting a 7 Star Energy Rating, 12kw solar panel system/battery and an EV fast charger being featured in this home.
