HONOURING HERITAGE 

This modern extension in Ringwood North breathes new life into a classic 1970s dwelling, enhancing its street appeal while thoughtfully integrating with the surrounding native vegetation. A private oasis in the suburbs, the home was designed to meet the client’s desire for a contemporary retreat that includes a luxurious master suite, clever storage solutions, a functional home office and full use of underutilised land. Impact Design Consultants delivered on every aspect, creating a space that is both stylish and practical.

In partnership with builder Leon Gruchy of LG Building, the project showcases a seamless blend of character, luxury and everyday functionality. Featuring a combination of rendered concrete blockwork, brickwork and Masterwall (foam) cladding, the exterior is both striking and durable. Inside, a neutral colour palette and abundant natural light create an inviting atmosphere, where every room feels calm, open, and beautifully connected. The team excelled in every aspect, creating a home with purpose and elegance
