Skipping no indulgence, HISTYLE managed to make the homeowner’s dream home come to life throughout every aspect of this impressive build, including a grand front entrance, smart automation and wine cellar.

A smart open-plan layout utilises the space well, creating an easy flow from room to room, while the curved windows and roof structures bring a unique point-of-interest to this glorious dwelling. Between the exterior and interior, a range of natural materials elevate the design, including the rich Australian hardwood and beautiful stonework, both of which help the home blend perfectly into the gorgeous Yarra Valley landscape.

Multiple environmentally friendly features have been incorporated; the home promotes sustainable green living with thermal double-glazed windows and a 40 Panel solar system on the roof. It also runs off rainwater from underground storage tanks.

The HISTYLE team put ample planning into the build prior and during the basement construction stage, ensuring all of the specialised trades and suppliers were on top of the build to make the journey seamless. Using this consultative approach, the company was able to maintain transparent and timely communication with the homeowner.
