FOREVER EXTRAVAGANT

In collaboration with Katdesign and N2K Consulting, Havcon has created another extravagant home. The brief for this project was to be a forever dream home, which Havcon perfectly executed. There are many luxurious inclusions such as a pool and spa by Momentum Pools, a sauna, feature LED lighting, fireplace, motorised window coverings and full smart home integration. Each feature ensures comfort living, but also durability for a lifetime in both functionality and aesthetics. Architecturally, the project maximises space by utilising boundaries for dual dwellings, creating a unique external corridor connecting rooms and allowing direct pool access from wet areas. The home features a stunning outdoor area with Ekodeck composite decking for a perfect place to host summer barbeques

Surrounded by vertical wooden cladding is a gorgeous fireplace, crafted by Illusion Fireplaces. This eye-catching feature blends with the hickory flooring and connects the kitchen and living areas. The cladding also creates an effective textural contrast with the deluxe marble benchtop from Melbourne Stone Benchtops. Large UPVC double glazed windows fill the home with light while also being durable and eco-efficient, allowing the home to stay cool in summer and warm in winter.
