GROW Build & Design has exceeded expectations again with this masterfully crafted home – a spectacle of design, comfort, energy efficiency and value for money. Given an unlimited budget, GROW Build & Design designed a feature home that exudes the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. Every material, finish, construction technique, fixture and fitting was carefully considered to deliver exceptional value for money and to meet its intended use, whether that be function, aesthetic or both.

This house is not only beautiful with its mix of timber, masonry, concrete and steel finishes both inside and out, but it’s also extremely comfortable. GROW Build & Design fitted the home with a range of sustainable features, including an insulated slab on the ground with electric hydronic heat pump, solar passive design, tight air sealing to limit temperature fluctuation and locally purchased, recyclable materials.

The home features a long northern boundary which gives it unimpeded sun year-round, and the south side is either on or very close to the boundary. The south side also houses all the mechanical workings out of sight. This positioning then leaves the open space on the northern side of the living areas available for the perfect integration of indoor-outdoor living.
