To deliver this request, Green Design Homes utilised a stunning open-plan design at the home’s core, with a free-flowing kitchen, dining and living space.

The kitchen is fitted with mesmerising, geometric pendant lighting, stunning white joinery, and an ample butler’s pantry alongside refreshing pops of greenery. Flowing out onto patio decking and an expansive pergola, the remarkable outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with native Australian plants, washed pebble and hard-wearing concrete paving.

To cater for guests, Green Design Homes cleverly positioned two bedrooms and an additional lounge room at the rear of the property, allowing for independent space, with the centralised living and dining rooms acting as a welcome middle-ground.
