Built by Green Design Homes, this stunning abode created in collaboration with Amber Rees Design showcases multiple roof pitches with TRIMDEK® roofing and LYSAGHT ENSEAM™ cladding from COLORBOND®. The façade and interior feature a mixture of wood, stone and metal finishes for outstanding visual appeal.

Making the most of the surrounding landscape, the abundance of large windows fitted with convenient electronic blinds and VELUX skylights bathe the home’s interior in sunlight. To minimise dependence on electronic climate control, Green Design Homes incorporated double glazing to all windows, installed bulk insulation throughout the ceilings and external walls, and oriented the living areas to the north/north-eastern aspect.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, which divides the home into two separate wings – with the children’s bedrooms at one end and a parent’s retreat at the other. The main bedroom is the perfect place in which to luxuriate, with an in-built sound system, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a relaxing spa. Family meals can be easily enjoyed in the spacious kitchen, which showcases large concrete-look tiles and visually intriguing spotted-gum veneer. Seamlessly transitioning from the kitchen, the timber-lined alfresco area features a fully functional stainless steel kitchen, which creates the perfect space to entertain family and friends.
