MAXIMISING VIEWS AND SPACE: QUALITY COASTAL HOME

The team at Graeme Alexander Homes made the most of this small block, enhancing the views and creating a beautiful, practical home. To mitigate the issues of tight space on the block, the home was built from the beach end at the back and moving towards the street end at the front.

To make the most of the space, the home predominantly features upstairs living that leads out to a balcony with gorgeous sea views. The upstairs features the dining, living and kitchen areas with neutral colours throughout. Spare bedrooms and a rumpus room are located on the lower level.

The modern exterior features simple lines, garden space and even a small pool, matching the coastal aura of the home with light breezy colours. Materials used on the project include a simple COLOURBOND hip end roof with large overhangs, composite board and face brick cladding.
