BUILT TO LAST

The brief for Future Construction CIC was to create a modern coastal Hamptons style home, which the company has wonderfully executed. The house has a beautiful front facade which sits stunningly on the block of land and it encapsulates a mix of modern coastal and Hamptons style. When entering the home, the inclusion of the lightwell provides natural light and passive warmth while the wood fireplace in the loungeroom adds to the overall homely feel. A window seat has been placed in the loungeroom overlooking the outdoor space, bringing the outside in.

The house allows for a generous backyard, containing a concrete custom swimming pool and undercover alfresco entertainment area that seamlessly flows straight from the kitchen area to provide an uninterrupted connection. The team met the clients’ requirements by creating clean lines throughout the home, as seen in the minimalistic fretwork detail on the exterior, oak flooring and white French doors. The white walls, cathedral ceiling and open space give the home a spacious and airy feel, perfect for any growing family.
