A MINIMALISTIC MATERPEICE – DARING TO PUSH BOUNDARIES

Future Construction CIC Pty Ltd has come together with local trades to create a minimalistic masterpiece that encompasses all modern architecture and materials. The home is full of clean straight lines and countless unique features such as the
recessed magnetic track lighting that ensures the minimalist feel is maintained throughout the build and several concealed doors leading to dedicated rooms such as the cinema, home office and a resort style powder room. The oak flooring and walnut veneer joinery create a seamless flow throughout the kitchen and contrasts against the eye-catching Neolith stone benchtop.

There is a strong emphasis on green living throughout the build. The home contains solar and electricity efficient appliances, double glazing on the full-height glass windows and doors, bulk insulation and weather sealing for natural thermal and non thermal comfort all year round. The expert design and placement of the eaves will also provide much needed shade come summertime.

The modern resort-style powder room presented a challenge as the walls and floor are lined in whole porcelain slabs, making installation logistically more difficult. However, through Future Construction’s knowledgeable team and the expertise of local trade companies, they were able to overcome any complications. Using advanced, cutting-edge technology, the stylish pedestal basin in the powder room was created through 3D printing – both adding to and emphasising the modernistic nature of the home.
