Positioned on a tightly constrained block, the design cleverly optimises both space and stunning panoramic views by elevating the home above ground level. The client’s brief outlined a black-and-white palette, subtle softening textures and a private lift connecting all levels – from the basement garage to the upper floor. To achieve this, the home features sleek black-and-white exterior cladding that gives it a contemporary edge. This is balanced by the interior, with custom cabinetry and soft finishes adding warmth, depth and character.

A major design milestone for the team was the integration of the lift – a first for the team – which has become a seamless and celebrated part of the home’s functionality. Each floor is defined by thoughtful living zones, bold tile selections, statement lighting and expansive windows. This project stands above the rest, not just for its aesthetic appeal, but also for its execution of the client’s vision and the daring embrace of new design challenges.
