With the homeowners seeking a preservation of the front of the home and its existing bedrooms, Entice Builders set about converting the rear of the home into an expansive, open-plan living area – one that utilises a generous alfresco space, and flows into a private backyard. Ensuring ultimate form and functionality, a new kitchen boasts a 3.6-metre island bench, elegant tile splashback, and brilliant butler’s pantry to remove clutter from the kitchen’s core and maintain its stunning appearance.

Moving through to the bathroom and laundry, consistent shaker-style cabinetry and natural stone benchtops complete the fit out, with timber double-glazed windows solar installation and smart home connectivity ensuring the dwelling is as kind to the environment as it is to the homeowners.
