Although the project began under difficult circumstances – after the original builder entered liquidation – the clients turned to Ellari Homes to revive their incomplete two-storey residence. Working closely with the owners, the team provided support at every step, helping them make informed decisions and ensuring each choice aligned with their needs and lifestyle. Central to the home is a naturally lit kitchen that feels bright, effortless and inspiring, enhanced by a functional servery window that seamlessly connects the space to the alfresco. Unique tiling choices deliver visual cohesion throughout, while bespoke features – including a custom wine room under the staircase and striking arches on the façade and interior – add character. The result is pure excellence – a tailored, cohesive home that restored the clients’ trust and momentum through consistent communication, clear expectations and genuine transparency. ​
