Ellari Homes took over the build from its early stages, working closely with the client to bring their journey back on track and their vision to life. The vision was simple: a spacious, high-end family home that reflects their lifestyle and personal taste. They wanted to create a home with generous proportions, multiple living zones and a refined yet welcoming aesthetic. The team at Ellari Homes worked closely with the clients throughout the build to refine and elevate their selections, from colour schemes and finishes through to materials and fixtures, to ensure every detail aligned with their vision. The result is a beautifully finished, fully custom home that brings the clients’ brief to life in a thoughtful and lasting way. The home features a mix of high-quality materials including Austral bricks, a COLORBOND roof, CGMA woodgrain cement sheet cladding, EPS lightweight cladding and large format porcelain tiles. Inside, high-end finishes include Zenith stone benchtops, Hybrid Shield timber flooring throughout, and carefully curated fixtures that tie together the overall aesthetic.

The layout was designed to maximise both indoor and outdoor living, with space for a front garden and wide driveway, while still allowing for a spacious backyard complete with an alfresco kitchen and provision for a future pool. Internally, the ground floor includes a guest bedroom, a dedicated prayer/meditation room, theatre with stage and multiple living areas. Upstairs features four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, plus a retreat with a large study nook, oversized walk-in linen, balcony and feature void – all enhanced by an abundance of natural light flowing through the rear living areas.
