The original hardwood flooring in the living area has been restored to its former glory, with new bold carpet added throughout the bedroom areas upstairs. Rich dark flooring in the living area sets off the lighter soft wall and ceiling colours with darker accents in the bedroom areas, while bold red carpet in the bedrooms pick up pops of red through the home creating a warm, luxurious feel. The home features custom joinery throughout with a pull-down bed built into the study transforming the space into a multi-purpose functional area.

The apartment’s courtyard has been refurbished with new custom decking featuring aluminium windows that create a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor areas with colours matched to the interior finishes throughout. New heating, cooling, lighting and electrical fittings complete the transformation from front to back.
