Cathedral ceilings and a generous open plan kitchen, dining and living space draw in light, creating a warm, inviting space. Natural textures add character, resulting in a home that feels modern, timeless and durable. Crafted with longevity in mind, high quality materials were used to create a healthier living environment. Every detail, from the spacious floor plan to luxury finishings, was design for comfort, wellbeing and long-term performance.

The brief was to create a modern, open-plan home that captures an abundance of light, embodying warmth. The clients wanted a home that delivered long-term durability and with minimal maintenance, ensuring their home would remain functional and beautiful. By combining durable materials with thoughtful design, the home generously meets the needs of the homeowners. Polished concrete floors and hydronic heating provides ongoing comfort and ease of living, while the exterior brings together COLORBOND longline cladding, spotted gum timber and recycled red brick to create a modern and low maintenance street presence.
