This stunning new home from Dansar Developments brings its own unique twist on modern, coastal style. The client sought a stylish, modern, coastal abode, flooded with natural light and Dansar Developments exceptionally delivered. The home features a striking combination of bagged brickwork and hardwood timber cladding, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the interior with sunlight year-round, not just during the summer months. Thoughtfully positioned, the design maximises the northern light, ensuring the home is always covered in warmth and brightness. Don’t think all those windows mean the home is inefficient however, as everything has been double-glazed to ensure energy spent on heating and cooling is minimised. Further eco-friendly features include the solar heating for the swimming pool, making both the interior and exterior of the home a year-round delight. A feature unique to this build is the large void in the kitchen that adds a sense of grandness to the space, giving onlookers an extra reason to be amazed by this build.
