CAVIL HOUSE

Cavil House, completed in 2025, took inspiration from a mixture of Victorian and Federation era architecture. Embodying the core of Brad McCormack Homes, the build strays from conventional modern design and goes back in time to classical architecture.

Seamlessly blending classical design with modern construction methods, this home brings the best of both worlds together. On the outside, the front façade features a bullnose verandah, blockface cladding, bullnose weatherboards and decorative gables.

Once you step inside, you are immediately greeted by detailed plaster and trim work which continues throughout the home. The main living room connects contemporary open plan living to create a kitchen, dining and lounge space with a walk-in pantry and raked ceiling void.

The home has all the modern amenities you would expect from a new build including a six-star energy rating, double glazed windows, solar hot water and ducted heating and cooling. All the charm of a traditional period style home, none of the hassle.
