BUILDING WITH COASTAL CHARM

In collaboration with Andrew Donohue Building Design, Brad McCormack Homes has built every facet of this home to the client’s personal specifications. The entire building makes the most of the available space and takes in the views of the ocean. The large and bright home exudes a coastal, Hampton feel both inside and out, with James Hardie board and batten cladding covering the facade. The 35-degree pitched roof with exposed beams in the main living area brings character and personality to the home.

Crafted by South Coast Kitchens, the kitchen is seamless white with gold touches and a splash of blue. This, combined with the French pattern travertine tiles, brings a beachfront feel inside the home. A coffered ceiling over the kitchen makes this space even more eye-catching. The lavish bathroom with a spa bath and large shower is both elegant and impressive, with gold finishes for a modern feel. A plunge pool has been incorporated into the home with an extensive composite decking area surrounding it.
