This mid-century modern masterpiece blends contemporary design with classic elements to craft a home plucked straight from the client’s dreams. The build embodies a refined study in balance and respect for location – utilising durable, high-end materials to frame the view and stand the test of time.

The floor plan flows effortlessly, with generous open spaces designed for daily life and entertaining. A warm, intimate den provides a retreat for quiet evenings, while the expansive balcony stretches outward, inviting year-round alfresco dining and sunset gatherings. The transition between indoors and out is seamless, with large openings that capture light and breeze. The downstairs garage is the size of the upstairs footprint allowing cars to drive right through from one end to another, and a lift ensures areas can be enjoyed by all.

Inside, layers of texture and tone create a rich sensory journey. Cool, veined marbles anchor key surfaces, their natural patterns complemented by the tactile depth of hand-finished tiles. Supple leathers and softly grained elm timber lend a grounded warmth, while fabrics in muted, smoky hues introduce a gentle play of shadow and softness. Every junction – where wood meets stone, where leather edges a sleek built-in – has been meticulously detailed to celebrate craftsmanship.
