Sophisticated and stylish, this beautiful home has been meticulously built by Bodon Homes and thoughtfully designed by BLUR Architects to grant an air of spaciousness and openness. By building up and out, Bodon Homes was able to ensure a generous 350m2 of internal space, while still allowing room for both a front and back garden, despite being on a smaller plot of land.

Elements of the home’s cool and contemporary façade are continued throughout the design for visual continuity, making the interior as effortlessly sophisticated as the exterior. A free-flowing dining and living area opens out onto the home’s backyard, both serviced by a spacious kitchen and its respective butler’s pantry.
