A spacious corner block by Altona Beach provided Bodon Homes and architects BDN Projects with the perfect opportunity to create three individual homes out of this multi-unit townhouse. Each dwelling has its own street frontage and access, the ideal choice for such a prime location – with the beach, local cafes and shops just down the road. |

Boasting a monochrome façade composed of standing seam COLORBOND gabled roofs, composite timber-looking cladding and dark bricks, these homes readily tick the boxes for modern contemporary design with exceptional finishes. Although each home shares the lot with two other dwellings, no compromise has been made when it comes to space or size – each double-storey structure features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double garage, fulfilling all the requirements for comfortable family living. Raked ceilings in the upstairs allows plenty of light to fill the open-plan living areas. Here, the calming water views are maximised; floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door provide access to the balcony.

The kitchen and bathroom showcase clean, modern features, from the light timber panelling to the smooth benchtops and matte black tapware.
