Featuring a fully integrated kitchen with handless joinery throughout and a European laundry with automatic “touch” opening cupboard and pantry, the home was upgraded to include stunning design and modern functionality.

With a beautiful Paul Agnew fireplace surrounded by stunning porcelain, a matching kitchen bench with waterfall ends and a smoked mirrored splashback, the home’s atmosphere is enhanced to one of simple sophistication and class. With the addition of double-glazed windows, Bearwood Building was able to ensure minimal heat loss and a high level of insulation, improving the sustainability of the home.

The client’s high expectations and the existing in-floor heating provided challenges that slowed and complicated the renovation process. Bearwood Building overcame the complications efficiently, optimising thermal imaging to ensure no damage to the heating system and constant client communication guaranteed a result that surpassed client expectations while remaining comfortably in budget.
