Redefining the Mornington Peninsula’s standards of a luxury country estate, “Casalinga” is a multi-award-winning masterpiece. The perfect combination of comfort and style is executed throughout this elegant haven, with breathtaking panoramic views, spacious interiors and endless possibilities. The brief for this project was to install whole home automation that’s elegant and easy to use, personalised to be a natural part of the family’s lifestyle.

The elements used in this project pushed it to the next level. The entire home has smart lighting control to set the perfect scene. This means custom lighting is set to fit your lifestyle and daily routine – bright lights for dinner time, or dimmed, warm lighting for relaxation, all without lifting a finger. Similarly, blind control is fitted throughout the entire home, with set times to open and close. Intelligent alarm and access control systems are paired with 4K CCTV surveillance to maximise safety. There are 16 zones of whole home multiroom audio, landscape audio and media room audio, all installed with state-of-the-art quality. Intelligent intercom and keyless entry to the estate provides a seamless welcome. Comfort is prioritised with control of the home, pool and domestic hot water temperatures.
