This luxury beach house situated on the renowned coastal haven of the Mornington Peninsula allows the homeowner to experience smart home automation from the moment they reach the front door. The client’s private consultation at the Home Automation Experience Centre by Baillie and its design team resulted in a simple design brief: an integrated smart home controlled with one elegant and easy-to-use system. Baillie delivered, including all aspects of the home in its design; from lighting control, motorised blind control, heating and cooling control to keyless entry, intercom and smart security systems, to name just a few.

By installing Control4, the client experiences true smart home automation from the moment they arrive home. As soon as the homeowner has entered the home using their personalised code, the smart lighting, motorised blinds and air-conditioning automatically change, dependent on time of day – even playing their favourite playlist in every room.
