Fresh, functional and stylish to its core, AHP Constructions expertly transformed this once tired home into a spacious, sleek and character-filled home within the heart of Thornbury. With the homeowners after a refresh of their existing abode, AHP Constructions – in collaboration with Heartly Design Studio – set to work removing an old fireplace and void, installing robes adjacent to the ‘dead’ spaces, as well as installing engineered flooring throughout the home and elegant shaker-style cabinetry within the kitchen.

The team also extended the bathroom out to the side boundary, which allowed them to rework the rest of the internal space to truly capitalise on every ounce of available storage and living space. Situated at the heart of the home, the kitchen captivates with its array of calming neutral shades – grey shaker-style joinery makes way for an eye-catching marble splashback, which is brilliantly offset by the gold tapware and timber flooring.

Moving through the home’s decadent bathroom, a freestanding bathtub is a luxurious addition to the hub of all things relaxation. With a timber vanity offering convenient, out-of-sight storage, gold tapware and matching wall and floor tiles, this is a true oasis for wellness and relaxation for the lucky homeowner.
