This unique home has been cleverly constructed to suit an irregularly shaped block and the Adecca Construction team combined creativity and skill to make the most of the space. The irregular shape of the building presented challenges that necessitated the fabrication of many bespoke items.

Working in collaboration with Teal Architects, this home was completed with stylish, high-end finishes at the client’s request. The design of this angular home intends to maximise floor areas in response to the site dimensions and the result is an incredibly roomy interior.

This confident, stoic construction is finished with brick, render and painted light-weight claddings in sleek and stylish black, white and grey, creating a contemporary geometric aesthetic. It has large windows that allow for ample natural light and a yard with a lush lawn, garden and patio.
